I just reattached a machine that used to run Lattice and got

which is strange since that machine ran lattice years ago and boinc is supposed to give 32 bit wu's to 64 bit machines.

Nothing has changed with our project - we don't have any "official" 64 bit linux support, but as you say 64 bit machines should be able to download and crunch using the 32 bit linux version. If there are a number of people experiencing this problem I'll look into it, but my guess is that there's something idiosyncratically wrong with this particular machine. i.e., if it used to be able to run lattice okay, there's no reason it shouldn't be able to now. If there's something you think I can do, just let me know.

I connected with a new machine running the same os and boinc version and it did not give the same error. I disconnected, reconnected, reset the older machine. The only thing that has changed is one of the memory sticks died so it is running with 2G of ram instead of 4 which may be a problem from what I remember of this project.

Correction to my above post. I somehow forgot to install the 32 bit compatibility libraries during one of my upgrades. Installing it lets Lattice and other 32 bit only projects run.
